If some one wants to remain in a state of Flow, 3 attributes are most important:
1. Curiosity: To be interested, engaged and observant in a given task, position or work.
2. To be thoughtful of what one is doing with an absolute concentration to improve and add value to your product and process.
3. The process should be free from all external forces capable of causing disturbance.
